01 / Overview

The G line drives the prop through a planetary gearbox — a different design from the direct-drive props in the 1.0/2.0S/3.0S families. It targets anglers running larger boats: 110 lbs of thrust at 24 V, for boats up to 7 metres.

The digital maximizer offers 8-step speed control and extends battery runtime up to five times versus a classic gear switch. A 5-LED gauge calibrated to 24 V tracks the discharge level.

The motor carries a keyed safety lanyard, clipped to a life vest or wrist — yanking it as the driver goes overboard cuts the drive instantly. The 3-blade Ø 30 cm prop (630 rpm) has an extra fin guarding against bottom strikes.

The tiller adjusts over 100° of tilt and folds down for transport. The metal transom bracket resists rust and heat deformation, offers 7 mounting positions, and can be padlocked between the transom clamps against theft.

Which fuse should I use?+

This motor draws up to ~50 A at full throttle, so the recommended fuse rating is 60 A (AGU-type or resettable) — in practice, round up to the nearest size available.

How do I choose the right shaft length for my boat?+

This model ships with a 90 cm (aluminiowa) shaft. For the general sizing rule (transom or gunwale height → shaft length) see the sizing table on this page — Haswing motors also offer depth adjustment along the full shaft length, so a small mismatch is rarely a dealbreaker.

Does the motor run in salt water?+

Yes — the entire Haswing range runs in both fresh and salt water. After a season in salt water, rinse the shaft and prop with fresh water.
