Contact and importer details

MARKOR Spółka Jawna Białek (trading as MARKOR Sp.J.) is the exclusive Haswing importer in Poland, based at ul. Braci Kobylańskich 5, 26-340 Drzewica. Phone: +48 535 334 567 or +48 602 192 702, general/sales email: biuro@haswing.pl. Registration: KRS 0000530783 (District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście, XX Commercial Division), NIP 7681836736, REGON 360117358.

The haswing.pl website is not an online shop — no sales contract can be concluded through it. Price lists, catalogues and product information are an invitation to negotiate, not a legally binding offer. A contract is only formed after an inquiry to MARKOR and individually agreed terms, directly or through official distributors.

The website's contact form requires a message, full name, email address and phone number. Responses are provided within 14 calendar days.

02

Authorised service

Multi-Com is the authorised Haswing service centre — Longinówka 95, 97-340 Rozprza, phone 44 647 13 35, www.mc-sklep.pl. Current warranty inspection pricing per model is published on the service centre's website.

For Cayman GPS motors, service may also be handled directly by MARKOR Sp.J. (ul. Braci Kobylańskich 5, 26-340 Drzewica, +48 535 334 567), alongside the standard referral to Multi-Com that applies to the rest of the range.

03

Warranty terms

The warranty covers Haswing electric motors: Comax, 2HP, Cayman, W20, Osapian (D series 55/80/101lbs), Protruar, Ventura, Armada and Ultima. MARKOR Sp.J. is the guarantor. It covers factory defects arising from the manufacturing process, provided the motor was used per the manual. This is an additional warranty that does not limit statutory consumer rights. It covers only products bought in Poland from a Polish distributor and applies within Poland.

A warranty claim requires: the unit with its original serial number, a claim filed with the point of purchase or directly with Multi-Com, the original signed warranty card, a copy of proof of purchase, a fault description, and the claimant's address and phone number. The mounting screw and bracket set must be submitted together with the motor. Repairs are free of charge and completed within the agreed timeframe, counted from the date the authorised service centre receives the unit.

The warranty excludes: mechanical, thermal and chemical damage; force-majeure events (fire, storm, flooding, submersion); use contrary to the manual or to the motor's intended purpose; and unauthorised design modifications. Transport to the service centre or shop is at the customer's expense.

04

Warranty periods and mandatory inspections

Keeping the full warranty period requires a mandatory inspection within the deadline set for the model — only at the authorised Multi-Com service centre, at the owner's cost, confirmed by an entry in the warranty card. Meeting the deadline is the buyer's responsibility.

The inspection for Osapian and Osapian MAX must be done in month 23 or 24 (by the last day of month 24 at the latest) — completing it extends the warranty by another 24 months. For Protruar 3.0, Protruar 4.0 and Comax, the inspection falls in month 11 or 12 (by the last day of month 12). Armada requires an inspection every 12 months or after 100 hours of use. The Ultima carries an asymmetric warranty: 24 months on the motor itself but only 12 months on the lithium-polymer battery — an easy detail to miss compared to the rest of the range, which otherwise defaults to a flat 24 months. For commercial use (e.g. equipment rental), the warranty on every model shortens to 12 months.

Skipping the inspection ends warranty cover after 24 months for the gear switch, brush holder, and moving mount/head components. The inspection itself checks the motor's technical condition — any faults found must be fixed for the warranty to be extended. Additional gearbox servicing every few months is also recommended, more often under intensive or commercial use. Current inspection pricing is published on the Multi-Com website.
