A complete kit — motor, lithium-polymer battery and charger — the only Haswing line sold this way. Two shaft lengths are available under the same base code (S-54cm and L-63cm). The brushless motor suits a wide range of boats and dinghies, running in fresh and salt water.

The "S" button switches power between 1HP/65lbs and 3HP/110lbs — the lower mode stretches the battery further (up to 8km range, 2h runtime), while the powerful mode reaches 8km/h and 8.7km range at 1h runtime (figures depend on the boat, load and conditions). The stepless maximizer smoothly modulates prop speed in either mode.

The kit includes a 20Ah/29.6V lithium-polymer battery, a 33.6V/4A charger, a 5-LED charge gauge and a POWER button. The telescopic tiller adjusts 24–40cm and 180°, folds flat for transport, and carries a magnetic kill-switch lanyard at the top. The metal transom bracket offers 7 tilt angles and four trim positions (no shaft-depth adjustment, unlike the Protruar line). The 3-blade Ø 23.6cm prop delivers high torque at 1530rpm.

Which battery fits the Ultima 3.0?+

The recommended battery is Included — 20 Ah / 29.6 V Li-Po (~6 kg); a 30 Ah pack is also compatible. For a precise runtime estimate at a given capacity, use the battery calculator.

Which fuse should I use?+

This motor draws up to ~35 A at full throttle, so the recommended fuse rating is 45 A (AGU-type or resettable) — in practice, round up to the nearest size available.

How do I choose the right shaft length for my boat?+

This model ships with a 54 cm (S) / 63 cm (L), aluminiowa shaft. For the general sizing rule (transom or gunwale height → shaft length) see the sizing table on this page — Haswing motors also offer depth adjustment along the full shaft length, so a small mismatch is rarely a dealbreaker.

Does the motor run in salt water?+

Yes — the entire Haswing range runs in both fresh and salt water. After a season in salt water, rinse the shaft and prop with fresh water.
